1. Overview

This application is a private tool operated solely for the Instagram account @ThatBottleTho. It is not offered to other businesses or the general public as a service. Its only functions are (a) monitoring @ThatBottleTho's own posts and their engagement for traffic and performance, and (b) responding to comments and messages directed at @ThatBottleTho using an automated responder.

2. Information We Access

Through Meta's official Instagram APIs, and only in connection with the actions above, the app may receive:

• Comments left on @ThatBottleTho's own posts, and messages sent to @ThatBottleTho, including the text of that comment or message.
• Limited public profile information about the person who commented or messaged (such as a username or user identifier), as provided by Meta for the purpose of replying to them.
• Aggregate engagement and traffic metrics for @ThatBottleTho's own posts.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used exclusively to:

• Send an automated reply (a comment reply or direct message) to a person who has interacted with @ThatBottleTho's content — for example, a link they requested.
• Understand how @ThatBottleTho's own posts are performing.

Information is not used for any purpose beyond these.

4. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
• We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or building marketing lists.
• We do not contact you outside of a reply within the interaction you initiated.
• We do not access any account, post, or message other than those belonging to, or directed at, @ThatBottleTho.

5. Data Storage & Retention

The app is hosted on Microsoft Azure. It keeps only what is necessary to operate: a record of message and comment identifiers is retained so the same interaction is not answered twice. Message and comment content is processed to generate a reply and is not retained for any other purpose. You may request deletion of any information relating to you at any time (see Data Deletion Instructions).

6. Third-Party Services

The app relies on Microsoft Azure for hosting and processing, and on Meta's Instagram Platform as the source of the interactions it responds to. It integrates with no other third parties.

7. Your Choices

If you do not want an automated reply, simply do not comment a keyword or message the account. To request deletion of information relating to you, contact us using the method below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
